Initial consultation:

We provide a free 10 minute phone consultation—if it seems appropriate to go forward we will  schedule a 20 minute in person consultation.


Initial assessment and plan:

It will include a thorough health and injury history, and a customized assessment that will be tailored to you, based on your needs and priorities. 



Number of visits and frequency will depend on the current state of your muscular system, time availability and goals.  Typically people will schedule one sixty-minute session per week. 



  • Initial assessment ranges from $185-$285 depending on complexity 

  • Sessions are typically 45-60  minutes and range from $150-$200. Depending on session length and number of sessions purchased.


Payment accepted:

Cash, checks or credit card

Cancelation Policy:

Please give at least 72  hours notice for changes or cancelation.

Full session fee is due if  less than 24 hours notice.

Public Transit:

Green Line to Kenmore Sq. (3min. walk)



Metered street parking is usually available except during Red Sox games or special events at Fenway Park. Parking is also available at the garage next door for $11 per day.



Please bring athletic attire or loose fitting clothing.
